Student and Family Support

The Preschool Intervention and Referral Team (PIRT) is available for all students and their families.  The purpose of the team is to work with families to access community services and suggest interventions both in school and at home.

At Piscataway Schools, we know that learning involves more than teaching. Learning involves the total well-being of every student.  Our schools are the center of our community, connecting students and families with academic, social, and health services, as well as local and school events. Piscataway Schools offers comprehensive community resources, including academic support and enrichment, ELL services, family literacy and parent engagement programs, early education opportunities, physical and mental health services, community service, and entertainment.
